For the first time in Workmonitor's 22-year history, work-life balance has surpassed pay as a motivating factor for workers in this year's survey. The importance of HR strategies to meet new workplace standards was highlighted, with workers placing a high priority on personalization, a sense of community, and skilling to future-proof their careers.
