Why do you think it’s only possible to hire long term for office work?
Hello. I am Mariko Shirakawa from Randstad Inside Sales. I am in charge of inside sales -- we make proposals of various solutions to meet customer needs.
I have an easy question for you. Please read the following sentences without any preconceptions.
 
・No matter what they say, after all a company absolutely needs office work staff.
・However, actually the work volume is not sufficient to have full-time workers every day of the week.
